Talkspace

Women’s Day Social

In honor of Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, we created a mini-campaign that put the spotlight on behaviors (driven by societal pressures) that women often exhibit, including self-blame, imposter syndrome and self-disparagement.

But what you say to yourself matters. With a little help from Talkspace, we flipped these instances of negative self-talk and showed that you can take back that power and believe in yourself.

Mental Health Awareness Month Social

For Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to show the power of giving yourself permission to seek mental health help. By maintaining a therapy routine beyond the “big stuff,” you’re better equipped to tackle everyday life. Keeping small stressors small and maintaining a better balance.

We brought out the benefit of keeping things in perspective by showing individuals taking on their routines—unfazed by daily annoyances.

Pride Month Social

We wanted to extend past the rainbow washing of pride ads and create a system that was evergreen. We took a nod from our previous social to identify how therapy can help create the safe space that you need, in both individual and couples therapy. This campaign involved interviewing real Talkspace therapists to record their personal expertise with LGBTQIA+ therapy.

Evergreen Social

With the success of our Pride social, we created more assets for Talkspace that focused on 1-on-1 therapy benefits.
